  For the past 5 years in my opinion through an unscrupulous RV Dealership known as Midwest RV Center in Saint Louis, MO we were lied to throughout every aspect of the conditions of the RV even down to the contract and the actions of the lien holder known as Scott Credit Union. Scott Credit Union in our opinion double crossed us as well when we refinanced the loan in which they claimed we signed off the rights to the GAP policy and the RV dealership never typed in the terms on neither the lien holders or our copy of it. But according to the actual GAP Policy Company their copy had a hand written number of 72 months for the terms of the policy after the fact. When we asked for a copy of the refinancing paperwork showing both our signatures Scott Credit Union never produced it even after Farmers Insurance totalled the travel trailer. Even though the mechanical warranty was good for 128 months. What we agreed to was for the extended warranty to be cancelled, not the GAP Policy. Only a fool would cancel their GAP Policy and the policy we were lead to believe to be cancelled to lower the payments on the travel trailer was the extended warranty known as Route 66 by Scott Credit Union and Midwest RV Center. Because of in my opinion the shadiness and fraudulent acts of both companies Scott Credit Union stuck it to us with the remaining $6,000 plus dollars of the travel trailer loan and their partner in this crime refused to correct their actions. Prior to our bankruptcy and filing for it we could have included Scott Credit Union but didn't not knowing until last month that they stuck it to us with some questionable forms concerning the refinancing. We applied for a small loan for a storm shelter a few months ago being that we live in tornado ally (Oklahoma) and don't have one at our house and Scott Credit Union turned us down. And today we had tormadic weather and had no where to hide. We reapplied for the small loan and once again in our opinion Scott Credit Union lied and turned us down falsely claiming no history of unsecured loans when credit has been reestablished and unsecured loans do exist. According to Upright Law which are debt consolidation attorneys if this be the case and regardless of our dismissed bankruptcy what is in question concerning their obvious double standards is why should they Scott Credit Union even honor the loan they have held against us? Obviously in our opinion our creditworthiness of 5 years is not good enough for them or their underwriters before and after the dismissed bankruptcy and its obvious that greed and human life endangerment is more important to the morals of a military credit union such as Scott Credit Union, because we never signed any loan contract agreeing to jeopardizing our lives or the lives of our animals and loved ones. If anything happens to us in this tormadic weather right now we hold Scott Credit Union liable. It is of our opinion do not deal with either of these 2 business known as Scott Credit Union and Midwest RV Center. It is not our responsibility nor is it our practice to sign illegal contracts from your merchant Midwest RV Center. It also is not our responsibility to be held liable or responsible for conflicting VIN numbers that you and your merchant were notified of by the State of Oklahoma Tax Commissioner upon initial registration back in December of 2011. It also is not our responsibility nor liability for your choices to not listen to us or the State of Oklahoma Tax Commissioner to begin with but rather your merchant Midwest RV Center. Your manager is looking for every reason to stick it to us financially regardless of these legal facts that can be proven. We are not responsible for you or your managers indiscretions, that's not agreed to in any contract. Through the State of Oklahoma Tax Commissioner and the Missouri Tax Commissioner we have a notarized paper trail from these agencies of everything of all attempts and dates of attempted communication with you, it's not our fault that neither you or your merchant Midwest RV Center did not comply.
