  This place has raised prices on Storage every single year, since opening, by 50% or more. They quote one rate and the following years afterwards, you can expect that rate to go up significantly. It's a huge bait and switch, poorly staffed, no one answers the telephone. Move your stuff someplace else!!! Too high and certainly not worth it.

  iStorage has taken over the ownership and management of the storage facility in Collinsville, IL. I have been a client for several years and my first introduction to iStoarge's staff has been very assuring that the service previously provided will continue.
