  Went well initially, friendly service and economical price at Collinsville location. The car was rented for a round trip to care for elderly parent, but she passed away during rental period. The car was dropped off at a destination hub but not before getting hit with a $300.00 extra fee. Read your agreement carefully, these rental companies are into some shady, underhanded tactics.

  2 times I have come, waiting 15-25 min after opening time, for someone to get here and open up. Also they never have clean cars, or the requested car. Just horrible business at this particular location.
  As of now there are 3 people waiting for someone to get here.
  My reservation was made a week ago, also
  It's now 7:55 and she is here.
